A Poem for Dr. Hans
Dr. Hans Petermann
Such inspiration to many and he always believed in me
A perfect holiday guest as anyone could ever hope to be

Inspite of his affliction he always worked hard every day.
A man with moral values and he always had a lot to say

Many said Dr. Hans was the most intelligent man they'd ever knew
He was never afraid to speak his mind but that he knew too much too.

He spoke several languages and repaired helicopters in the U.S. Army

Tax Lien Portfolio Somewhat updated
Another link (my only records are online besides a few old bank statements and letters from the county about the tax liens) of my tax lien portfolio
I got a check for 82.78 on June 23, 2014 from Orange County. What you are looking at is a check for $127.48 that Orange County Tax Collector paid me when I bought a $82.78 tax lien at 18% (County guaranteed) interest. So they paid me interest of $44.70. Sound too good to be true? Well I promise you it really happened!
Today is August 13, 2014 and I just bought another one in Orange County for $64.34 as you can tell, I didn't have the money to pay for Donald Trump's classes, and this is my way of "Filing" or record keeping, Documenting my purchases. He teaches to purchase from inside of an IRA but I never could figure out how to do that so I will just have pay taxes on mine until he can straighten me out a bit!
Here is one I purchased in Escambia County on July 1st, 2013 for 84.37

earned 17.75% interest on this tax lien and they sent the check this
week. They sent me a check on March 19th, 2012 that came this week for
$51.73 on a the original purchase of $45.11 on June 3, 2010. I earned
six dollars and sixty two cents from 17.75 %. I earned more interest
than 99% of the general populous and if I had more money to invest I
would be as rich as Donald Trump in three years!

This was my very first purchase of tax liens on February 17, 2010 fom
Maricopa County Arizona. Parcel number 101-07-005D fir $116.46 @ 14% interest rate. And 101-22-228A was refunded. 101-36011L for $33.35 @14 % interest rate.
On May 28th they apologized for the sell of one of those three parcels
saying that it was sold by mistake and they refunded me a check for
242.86 for the parcel that I bought for 235.19.

On May 10th for $68.14 @ 16% Interest I bought one from Mohave County Certificate number 2008021316 Parcel number 40243078. Thank God! This is the details on it
Next I went to Citris County for June and bought this one (? or 2 see receipt on all three pictures) for $36.11 @ 17.75% Interest on June 3rd, 2010 Also this one for $45.11@ 17.75% Interest from the same county Confirmation Code 10060343736151
By the time I got the check It was in June and Okaloosa County Florida was having their tax lien sell right during the Oil Spill. So I went to Okaloosa on June 9th and picked up this for $42.73 @ 18% Interest Confirmation Code 10050944396246.
Then last but not least in September on the 16th I picked up a $33.43 special in Alachua County Florida Parcel ID 18354-099-000 Certificate number 0041612. I am not sure how much interest this one pays but it is probably @18% just like Okaloosa County was in June.

clothes since March 2006, I sow little hand made American Flag Prayer
Clothes for the troops. My other favorite pass time is to work word find
